Profile & Story
Caruso & Minini traces its roots to the late 1800s near Marsala on Sicily's western coast, and took its present form in 2004 when Stefano Caruso partnered with Mario Minini of Lombardy. The Vuala bottling is hand-harvested, single-varietal Nero d'Avola, aged half in barrique and half in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Garnet red with violet edges; fresh and lively on the nose with notes of spiced fruit dominated by cherry; soft tannins, good acidity, and a harmonious, persistent length.

Ideal with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and mushroom dishes.
