Produttori di Manduria is the oldest active wine cooperative in Puglia, founded in 1928 and formally established as a cooperative in 1932, farming across the sun-baked Salento peninsula in the heart of Primitivo di Manduria country. Their 'Uni' bottling is 100% Fiano, vinified in stainless steel to preserve its purity and aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color, with notes of green apple, pear, melon, and orange blossom; dry, well-structured, balanced and fresh with zesty acidity.
