Profile & Story

Cantina Roeno is a family-run winery in Terra dei Forti, on the border of Trentino and Veneto, farmed by the Fugatti family for three generations. Their Trentodoc is a 100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs, hand-harvested and soft-pressed, fermented mostly in stainless steel with a portion in tonneaux, then aged at least 48 months on the lees before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw-yellow with golden reflections; aromas of yeast and sweet almond alongside Chardonnay's typical orange blossom, yellow peach and mandarin, with hints of citrus peel and straw.
