Founded in 1956 and now run by its third generation, Tenuta Hans Rottensteiner farms vineyards in Branzoll and Frangarto, two villages south of Bolzano, plus sites at S. Giacomo in Sabbia and Auna di Sotto, on volcanic porphyry soils in Alto Adige.
Tasting Notes
A full-bodied, structured yet minerally and elegant Pinot Grigio, with the variety's characteristic notes of banana, vanilla and spice carried through careful, cool fermentation in stainless steel.
