Twin Suns is a California kosher wine label crafted by Shimon and Gabriel Weiss, the winemakers behind Shirah Winery, and brought to market by The River Wine. The name honors the founders' twin sons, born the same year the winery was launched. The Buttery Chardonnay is sourced from Lodi vineyards and finished with a secondary malolactic fermentation for a rounder, creamier style.
Tasting Notes
Notes of melon and white peach lead into a lingering buttery finish, layered with tropical fruit and toasted, buttered-bread character from the malolactic aging.
