Profile & Story
François Montand, a descendant of a long line of Champagne winemakers, moved to the Jura in the 1940s and became a pioneer of traditional-method sparkling wine there, instrumental in the creation of the Crémant du Jura AOC. This Brut Rosé sources Grenache and Cinsault from Gascony and the Jura, made in the classic method and aged a minimum of nine months en tirage before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes
Salmon pink with a purple tinge; intense and fine, with aromas of dried cherries and raspberries; crisp and dry with fine bubbles and a round palate.

Works well as an aperitif, with truffle risotto, light pasta salad, or as a dessert wine.
