Jaume Serra is a historic cava house based in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. The Bouquet Brut is made in the traditional method from the classic Cava blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. 11.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Bright, pale straw yellow with greenish hints and small, persistent bubbles; a clean nose of white fruits, flowers, and citrus over a background of nuts and bakery notes; elegant, balanced, and well-structured on the palate with a smooth, pleasant mouthfeel.
