La Cuvée is the flagship non-vintage Champagne of Maison Laurent-Perrier, founded in 1812. The blend is more than 50% Chardonnay, 30–35% Pinot Noir, and 10–15% Pinot Meunier, with 15–30% drawn from the house's substantial reserve wines, and it spends a minimum of four years en tirage before release.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of citrus, white flowers, and green apple layer with brioche and almond notes; crisp and refined on the palate, with fine bubbles, lively acidity, and a long, clean finish.
