Château Miraval, in the Côtes de Provence, is produced with the winemaking expertise of the Perrin family (of Château de Beaucastel). The rosé blends Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, and Syrah — grapes harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice, with direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle and partial saignée vinification for the Syrah, aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel (95%) and barrels (5%) with bâtonnage.
Tasting Notes
Rose-gold in color with subtle silver undertones; an intense floral bouquet of hibiscus and amaryllis alongside vine peach aromas; an ample, fleshy, silky palate with crunchy fruit, natural acidity, and a saline, limestone-driven minerality that carries through a long, delicate finish.
