Familia Torres' Pago del Cielo Celeste line draws on estate vineyards in a distinct zone of DO Rueda with riverbed gravel and stone soils that give the wine its characteristic minerality. The 2024 vintage includes a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc alongside Verdejo, made with cold skin maceration and stainless-steel fermentation under temperature control.
