GoodVines is a German producer of de-alcoholized wines based in Heidelberg, dedicated to giving wine drinkers a genuine, low-calorie alternative to conventional wine. Each GoodVines wine begins as a normally fermented wine that is then gently de-alcoholized under vacuum, a process designed to preserve the grape variety's natural aromatics and acidity. This Riesling is made from yellow Riesling grapes and finished as a dry, alcohol-free wine (0.0% ABV) with a small dosage of residual sugar (34 g/L) to balance its acidity.
Tasting Notes
The wine offers a fresh, finely nuanced bouquet of green apple, ripe pear, and peach, with hints of citrus and elderflower. On the palate, lively acidity meets harmonious fruit and a mineral undertone, with a touch of residual sweetness rounding out the refreshing structure.
