Profile & Story

GoodVines, the Heidelberg-based German producer of de-alcoholized wines, makes this rosé from selected Merlot grapes, gently processed without artificial additives to preserve a natural, authentic character while keeping sugar and carbohydrates low.

Tasting Notes

The wine offers an elegant, fruity bouquet of ripe raspberry, redcurrant, and a hint of rhubarb, with delicate floral and herbal-spice undertones. The palate is well balanced, softly structured, and fruit-forward, with a fresh, slightly tart finish; the Merlot grape lends gentle fullness and elegance. It won a silver medal at the 2024 International Non-Alcohol Competition in New York.

Pairing Recommendation

Serve well chilled at 6–10°C, allowing five minutes to breathe before the first taste. Pairs beautifully with fresh summer salads, Mediterranean fish dishes, grilled poultry, herb-roasted vegetables, and fruity appetizers, or simply on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
