Domaine Marc Colin et Fils, founded in the 1970s in Saint-Aubin, is today run by siblings Caroline and Damien Colin, with Damien overseeing winemaking. The estate farms 11.5 hectares concentrated in Saint-Aubin, with further holdings in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Santenay, producing across 24 appellations that range from Bourgogne Aligoté up to the Montrachet grand cru. This Bourgogne Blanc, 100% Chardonnay, draws predominantly on vineyards in and around Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin and is aged in neutral barrel for about ten months.
