Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette, run by Julien and Delphine Zernott and certified organic, is based in Poujols in the Languedoc. Les Petits Pas takes its name from the footprints of the family's two sons, Jules and Gabriel. This cuvée blends Grenache (40%), Syrah (40%), and Carignan (20%).
