About the Wine
The scrumptious Pinot Blanc is vinted from grapes grown on the Dutton family farm and one of their oldest properties, the 'Shop Block.' This sustainable and dry-farmed vineyard located on the western edges of the RRV, it has cool coastal air and moderate daytime temperatures which highlights the brightness of this European styled wine.
Tasting Notes
The color is a light shade of straw with hints of green around the edges of the wine. The beauty and enjoyment of this wine is in its sheer simplicity of fruit. Notes of white nectarine, acacia blossom, lime zest and honey dew are carried by a medium body and smooth texture. There is brightness and finishing acids which make it balanced and clean. Straight forward and easy to drink yet, oh so tasty.
