This is always one of our most popular wines and will sell out quickly so do not wait as supply is limited! The August Briggs Rosé was produced with some juice bled off the skins from our old vine Carignane grapes sourced from the 100+ year old Del Barba Vineyard in Calpella, CA. Then fermented all in tank and bottled to keep the utmost fresh and vibrant flavors.
Tasting Notes
The color shimmers with a brilliant hue of cherry blossom. This enticing rosé is crisp and fresh with aromas of white nectarine, pink grapefruit, peach blossom and a few subtle floral notes. This zippy little number has a tangy start but gets a bit of roundness on the palate that adds to the complexity. Pair with anything from soft cheeses with a fruit basket to grilled salmon.
