About the Wine

Rose´ Eclat is made without malolactic fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas. Its blend is made of 41% Chardonnay and 59% Pinot Meunier.

Tasting Notes

Asalmon-colored wine, with delicate aromas of red fruits such as well strawberry. In the mouth, there are fresh and taut notes with aromas of cooked strawberries and cherry kernel. The tannins are particularly fine, and the finish in the mouth is very pleasant.

Pairing Recommendation

Ideal for a more fruity aperitif, Rosé Eclat will also be good with Asian cuisine and its sweet spices, lacquered white meats, summer vegetables in caviar or candied, but also with red fruits based desserts.
