Profile & Story
The soil is rich of minerals alternating with limestone. In typical buildings in local stone preserve the traditional wine cellar and the same time technologically advanced, and an renovated area for the presentation and tasting products of farm. Mocali is’nt overly large, the entire production cycle is managed by the owner.
Tasting Notes
Colour red intense ruby with reflections garnet. Fragrant with scents of small fresh fruits, bit dry with aromatic and persistent scents.
