Garciarevalo is a family-owned winery in Matapozuelos (Rueda), farming certified-organic vineyards with vines ranging from about 15 to over 130 years old. Finca Tresolmos comes from a single vineyard at the confluence of the Adaja and Eresma rivers, planted at 730m elevation on sandy soil within a pine forest -- a site that runs several degrees cooler than the surrounding area. The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then ages six months on its lees with regular batonnage before bottling. ABV approximately 13%.
