Profile & Story
Living Roots is a Finger Lakes winery founded by Colleen Hardy, a Rochester native, and Sebastian Hardy, a sixth-generation Australian winemaker, with an urban tasting room in Rochester and their vineyard and production facility in Hammondsport, NY. Their Dry Rose is built as a food-driven, Provence-style rose rather than a fruity poolside pour, sourced from cool-climate Finger Lakes fruit given a brief skin-contact maceration for color and structure.
