The Bastianich winery, founded in 1997 by Lidia Bastianich and Joseph Bastianich, farms the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC. Vespa Bianco was created to showcase the power and balance a great Friulian white can reach, blending 45% Chardonnay, 45% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% Picolit from vineyards in Premariacco.
