Profile & Story
Cantina Terlano, a cooperative founded over a century ago uniting growers on the porphyry slopes of the Chogglberg, is among Alto Adige's most celebrated producers. Nova Domus Riserva blends 70% Pinot Bianco, 25% Chardonnay, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested and slowly fermented in large oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation and about 12 months lees aging before blending.
Tasting Notes
Complex and delicate, with aniseed, mint, and sage alongside apricot, mandarin, and passion fruit, underpinned by chalky minerality and a long, creamy finish.
