Domaine de l'Olivier is a small estate producing Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine in the Pays Nantais, at the western end of the Loire Valley, made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown on the region's granite soils and aged sur lie (on its fermentation lees) to build texture and complexity before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw-yellow with a fine natural spritz from lees aging; citrus and green-apple aromas with a saline, mineral-driven, bone-dry palate typical of Muscadet sur lie.
