Taittinger is a family-owned Champagne house founded in Reims in 1734, one of the last major houses still run by its founding family. Cuvee Prestige (sold as Brut Reserve in Europe) is their flagship non-vintage blend, drawing on over 35 cru villages and roughly 40% Chardonnay, a higher proportion than most NV Champagnes, aged on the lees for several years before release.
