Caves Vilarnau is a Penedes producer near Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, part of the Gonzalez Byass family since 1982, and a pioneer in sustainable, organic sparkling wine production. The Brut Reserva is a traditional-method blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, aged over 15 months on its lees -- well beyond the Cava DO's 9-month minimum.

Vibrant aromas with fine bubbles and a crisp palate carrying bright acidity, elegance and purity of fruit through to a refreshing finish.
