Phifer Pavitt, Calistoga, Napa Valley. Founded by Suzanne and Shane Phifer Pavitt, who began a weekly "Date Night" tradition in 1998 to talk through hopes, fears, and big decisions together; the tradition inspired the winery's name and this wine. The couple planted a 23-acre plot in Calistoga by hand and farm their own land, having harvested their first Sauvignon Blanc in 2011.
