Rombauer Vineyards, Napa Valley / Carneros. Sourced from estate vineyards and select growers in Carneros, including longtime grower-partner the Sangiacomo family, who have farmed their land for three generations. Grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed, cold-settled overnight, then racked to barrel for primary and malolactic fermentation, with lees stirred every 7 to 10 days for rich flavor and a creamy texture; aged 9 months in American and French oak (33% new). Tasting Notes
Ripe fruit intensity with hints of vanilla oak, a creamy midpalate, and a buttery finish, supported by bright acidity.
