Tasting Notes

Made with a short skin maceration, with fermentation stopped before all the sugar converts to alcohol, leaving it off-dry (medium-sweet) at 10.5% ABV, the classic Rose d'Anjou style. Pale pink in color with delicate fruit flavors and a refreshing character.
