Maison Louis Latour selected the Ardeche valley in 1979 as an ideal site for premium Chardonnay production; the house is one of the most innovative producers in Burgundy while maintaining its traditional character.
Tasting Notes
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, then aged 8 to 10 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness rather than adding oak character. Deliciously apple-fresh with crisp acidity and a smooth finish.
