Profile & Story

Nationale 7 is a Cotes de Provence rose made by winemaker Marco Bealessio at Chateau des Demoiselles for the Xavier Flouret label; the wine is certified organic and grown on clay-and-limestone terroir. Grapes are harvested by night and in the very early morning to preserve freshness and avoid oxidation, using a full gravity winemaking process followed by a short maceration and direct pressing.

Tasting Notes

A blend of nine grape varieties led by Grenache (25%) and Cinsault (23%), at 12.5% ABV. A lively attack gives way to fine intensity and freshness, Grenache brings roundness, Cinsault adds generosity, finishing with aromas of raspberry and redcurrant.

Pairing Recommendation

Its bright, fruit-forward profile makes it a natural match for grilled seafood, salade nicoise, or warm-weather charcuterie.
