Tasting Notes

Made from Auxerrois (12.5% ABV). Clear and brilliant pale yellow color with delicate, regular effervescence; aromas of ripe, complex fruit lead to a rich, fruity palate with nice length, a festive, complex cremant. Awarded a Decanter Silver Medal in 2016.

Recommended as an aperitif or with desserts, served at 7-8C.
