Family-run since 1925 in Novellara, in Italy's Reggio Emilia province, Cantine Lombardini is now in its fourth generation under proprietor Marco Lombardini, specializing in traditional Lambrusco. This spumante is 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, vinified using the Charmat method.

Tasting Notes

Pale, bright color with fine bubbles; notes of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and violet on the nose, with lively acidity and a fresh, saltiness-tinged finish.
