Caviro is a major Italian wine cooperative founded in 1966 in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, uniting small independent growers under one roof; Romio is its flagship export label. This Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is 100% Glera, sourced from vineyards in the Prosecco growing zone and made using the Charmat (tank) method with a short second fermentation.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles; a delicate aroma of white fruit and citrus leads to a fresh, off-dry, slightly fruity palate with notes of green apple, pear and white peach.
