Profile & Story
La Guardiense is a large growers' cooperative founded in 1960 in Guardia Sanframondi; its ‘Janare’ line was created to showcase the native grapes of Sannio, chiefly Falanghina and Aglianico. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve its natural fruit and floral aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections; a delicate, fruity nose of peach, citrus and white flowers; dry, fresh and balanced on the palate, with good acidity and a persistent finish.

Pairs well with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
