Commanderie de Peyrassol is a historic Provence estate founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar and farmed organically today. ‘La Croix’ is Peyrassol's entry-level cuvée, blending Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Caladoc from fruit grown just outside the Provence appellation boundary and bottled as IGP Méditerranée.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink color; stone fruit and floral aromas lead into a mouth-watering palate of citrus, peach and a subtle savory note.
