Cantina Gianfranco Alessandria is a small family winery in Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of Barolo, founded in 1986 by Gianfranco and Bruna Alessandria and now run together with their daughters Marta and Vittoria. This Barolo DOCG is 100% Nebbiolo from the San Giovanni vineyard, vinified in steel with a 7-8 day maceration and aged 24 months in French oak. ABV 15%.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet red; aromas of ripe red fruit, tobacco, leather, and black pepper; dry and balanced on the palate with velvety tannins and long persistence.
