Laurent Perrachon & Fils has been a family wine merchant since 1601, based at Domaine La Bottière in Juliénas, Beaujolais, and also produces a range of Burgundy wines. This Crémant de Bourgogne AOC is made from 100% Chardonnay (average vine age 25 years) grown on argilo-silicate and argilo-calcaire soils; grapes are hand-picked in holed baskets to keep whole berries, then vinified in the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle.
