Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a Verona house whose Black Label Collection sets out to express the winemaking tradition of the Veneto reinterpreted in the winery's own distinctive and innovative style. The Black Label Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is 100% Pinot Grigio. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented by selected yeasts in steel under constant temperature control at 12 to 14 degrees, and what separates this bottling from Pasqua's other Pinot Grigios is that 30% of the wine finishes its alcoholic fermentation in oak and then matures about three months in second-use tonneaux.
