Cantine Umberto Bortolotti has been producing Prosecco in the heart of Valdobbiadene since 1947, when founder Umberto Bortolotti helped establish the region's original Wine Route and its protection consortium. The estate is now run by his son Bruno and nephew Daniele. This Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore is made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills, vinified in the Brut style at 11.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Clean and elegant, with bright varietal aromas and pronounced notes of ripe pear carried through a crisp, dry finish.
