The Beach is Chateau d'Esclans' playful little sister to Whispering Angel, sourced from choice vineyards in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. Grapes are picked in the morning to preserve freshness, and the wine ferments on its lees in stainless steel for added texture, at 13% ABV.
