La Morandina has farmed the Morandini hill in Castiglione Tinella, in the Moscato d'Asti heartland of Cuneo province, since brothers Giulio and Paolo Morando founded the estate in 1988. Their Moscato d'Asti is a fresh, lightly sparkling expression of the variety.
Tasting Notes
Yellow with greenish reflections, with scents of orange flower, gardenia, mint, and sage. Intense and fresh on the palate, with good acidity and fine, light bubbles.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs well as an aperitif and with fruit like peaches and apricots flavored with mint, as well as light desserts and fine pastries.
