Muri-Gries is a Benedictine monastery cellar in Bolzano, farming roughly 35 hectares across the Alto Adige, including hillside vineyards in Appiano where Pinot Grigio is grown. The wine is vinified as a clear, precise expression of the variety at 13.3% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with green reflections, with a bouquet of fresh fruit, ripe Williams pear, tea, and herbal notes of mint and melissa, touched with butter and nuttiness. Full-bodied and well-structured, with a long, slightly bitter finish.

Pairs well with vegetable lasagne, squash soup, potato casseroles, and fresh goat cheese.
