Pascal Jolivet's Attitude Sauvignon Blanc comes from limestone-and-clay terroir with flint from Chemery in Touraine, in the Loire Valley. Vinification is entirely natural in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with five months of aging on fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Delicate floral notes and fresh fruit character lead to a dry palate of lime, citrus, green apple, and kiwi, framed by bright minerality and a long, elegant finish.
