Profile & Story
Amicale is a Veneto red made by Cantine di Ora from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, the same varieties used for Amarone. Part of the fruit is left to overripen in the vineyard and part is dried in crates in temperature-controlled rooms before pressing; the blend is aged twelve months in tonneaux.
Tasting Notes
Fruity and full-bodied, with dark cherry, raisin, vanilla, and violet over a soft, velvety palate carrying hints of spice and chocolate.
