AIX is produced by Maison Saint AIX on a 75-hectare estate in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, where Mediterranean sun, cooling Mistral winds, and limestone-rich soils shape the fruit. The wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, and was awarded gold for the world's most celebrated rosé at the 2016 Mondial du Rosé in Cannes.
