Domaine Gibault has farmed in the Touraine, in the Loire Valley, for three generations; the estate's 40 hectares are planted almost entirely (95%) to Sauvignon Blanc, including this cuvée from the Touraine-Chenonceaux appellation.
Tasting Notes
One hundred percent Sauvignon Blanc, cold-fermented and aged on its fine lees for about ten months for added richness; full-bodied and powerful, with brilliant clarity and complexity.
