Soleil des Alpes is grown in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, where the vineyards sit at higher elevation than most Provençal rosé and are sheltered from strong winds by the Alps. Grapes are picked early in the morning and pressed directly to preserve freshness.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in color, with aromas of red berries and a touch of floral notes; juicy and intense on the palate, balancing soft berry fruit with a hint of melon and refreshing minerality.
