Badia a Coltibuono is a historic wine estate in Gaiole in Chianti, at the heart of Chianti Classico, best known for Sangiovese-based reds. Chill Ya Jolo is a playful departure: a 100% Ciliegiolo made with long-time winemaker Maurizio Castelli from early-picked, low-sugar grapes, fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly in stainless steel to keep it fresh and low in alcohol — designed to be served chilled.
