Isabelle and Jean-Pierre Daziano have run Domaine de la Fouquette since 2007, farming their Côtes de Provence vineyards organically (Ecocert-certified since 2013) on acidic clay-schist soil in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. Their rosé blends Grenache and Cinsault, direct-pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
