Profile & Story
Opera 02, based at the Ca' Montanari estate in the hills of Levizzano Rangone, has grown to 45 hectares since its founding in 2002 and is a benchmark certified-organic Lambrusco producer. The Demi-Sec bottling is made primarily from Lambrusco Grasparossa, with all fruit estate-grown and the second fermentation occurring naturally.
Tasting Notes
Vivid ruby red with violet reflections; fruity, persistent aromas of black cherry balanced by good acidity in a fresh, well-structured, semi-dry palate.
